Field Day is tomorrow! Please send your child with a sack lunch. Hot lunches from the cafeteria will not be sold. Your child needs to dress comfortably for outdoor activities. Fourth grade should wear light blue t-shirts. We will be watching Sandlot in the afternoon. Please make sure that your child's permission slip is returned. We have entered into single digits as far as the count-down to summer is concerned! We only have 9 more wake-ups as of this morning!

Reading - Lit Circle Job if you haven't finished Chapter 7 It is Friday!!! So happy for the weekend. We do not have any homework this weekend. Parents, we have 13 more wake-ups for this school year! We still have quite a bit of work to do in the next 2 1/2 weeks. Please help me help your student. Check on their behavior and remind them that even though school is ALMOST over, the expectation have not changed. They need to be respectful and follow CHAMPs expectations at all times. Thank you for your support throughout this year! I love your children and am privileged to have been part of their fourth grade year! Enjoy your weekend!

So happy that it is Friday!!! Only 3 more Fridays in the school year! Wow! This weekend is Mother's Day weekend! Make sure to treat your this weekend and shower her with the love and respect that she so deserves! Your homework assignment is to leave me a comment telling me one nice thing that you did for your mom this weekend. Remember to look up major industries in Austin as well. We designed and made parachutes today during Science. We will drop and time them tomorrow. Looking forward to it! Science - Tomorrow is National Lab Day. We are designing our very own parachutes. The goal of the lab is to get the parachute to remain airborne for the greatest length of tome. Students need to use Net Trekker to research parachute design. Please help them to make our National Lab Day successful!
